Conger House - Lake Wylie, SC

We needed to have a home moved from one location to our property for my in-laws.  My wife called several house moving companies and Simmons was by far the most professional and knowledgeable when answering the many questions we had.  The references I checked were outstanding.  The actual move was unbelievably smooth and the house is now setting on its new location.  We were 100% satisfied with the professionalism of the men working with Mr. Simmons and the care they took to move the home in a safe and efficient manner.

On July 30th, 2008, Mr. Mickey Simmons, and the men working for him, moved a modular home less than a mile from its former location to its present site in North Carolina for us.  The men were outstanding, the house was moved without any problems and we would highly recommend Simmons House Moving, Inc. anyone.
